What to eat — or what healthy eating really means?
🥗 “Do not eat after six in the evening.” “Drink lemon water on an empty stomach!” “Carbohydrates make you gain weight!” “Try intermittent fasting!” Sound familiar?
Diets, intermittent fasting, the keto diet, calorie counting… The internet is full of advice. But which recommendations should we actually believe?
We invite you to a workshop combined with a presentation, where dietitian Dorottya Vitos will help you navigate the overwhelming amount of information surrounding nutrition. We will discuss the most common misconceptions, the foundations of mindful eating, and how our everyday choices can support our bodies.
During the workshop, we will also put what we have learned into practice together, so that you can leave with useful knowledge that is easy to apply in daily life.
Dorottya is followed by more than 15,000 people on Instagram, where her trustworthy and practical content demonstrates every day that balanced nutrition is not about restrictions but about conscious choices—and that, in the long term, it is one of the best investments we can make in our health.
