Dr. Veress Csongor

international law, security policy, hybrid warfare, migration, Moldova, RomaniaHe obtained his political science degree in 2009 – including a one-year leadership training in Denmark – at the Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. He then graduated as a lawyer in 2015 from the University of Bucharest. He studied security policy at the then-starting Budapest Academy of Diplomacy diplomatic training at the National University of Public Service. He obtained a Master of Law at the University of Debrecen, and subsequently a doctoral degree at the National University of Public Service in 2023. He worked in the cultural and protocol department of the Consulate General of Hungary in Cluj-Napoca, and subsequently enriched his lecturing, teaching, and research experience at domestic and foreign universities.
