“Once upon a time…” – this is how the story begins, following a remarkably sensitive and talented young girl who sets out in search of the greatest treasure in the world. Along the way, she discovers the people, music and cultures of different countries. Famous melodies from across Europe and beyond accompany her journey, until the notes eventually guide her back home, to her own identity and traditions.

The cultural and musical performance A Life’s Score brings acclaimed artists to the stage:
Alexandru Nuca (guitar, bandoneon),
Kertész János (piano),
Éltes Áron (clarinet, saxophone),
Szabi Gyergyai (bass ukulele), and
Monica Opra (vocals).

The performance features a repertoire of approximately 14 European pieces, ranging from well-known melodies and rarely heard musical gems to original compositions. The audience is not simply there to listen, but can become an active part of the story by answering questions, suggesting solutions and even singing along with the band.

A Life’s Score combines musical storytelling with a contemporary, relatable story, bringing the music, traditions and instruments of different cultures closer to the audience. Featuring professional musicians and music educators from Covasna County, the production offers a musical experience, a journey of cultural discovery and an interactive learning experience all in one.
