2. Purpose of the website
The purpose of the website is to inform the public about the MindFormers event, to enable the registration of participants (students, teachers and the general public), and to allow the purchase of tickets through authorised partners.
The registration form allows students and teachers to sign up free of charge. By completing the form, users consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of organising the event.

Free participation (via the form) does not involve any financial obligation. For tickets purchased through external platforms, the cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the rules of the relevant platform (for example, Eventim).
The Organiser reserves the right to change the programme or the venue of the event for objective reasons (for example, force majeure), giving participants advance notice.
