About the speaker

Simon Zsók Anett’s interest in amateur astronomy set her on the path towards physics.

She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Quantum Science and Technology at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU) and the Technical University of Munich (TUM). Anett believes that science teaches us respect and humility: the deeper we understand a physical phenomenon, the more we come to appreciate just how extraordinary and complex the universe we live in truly is.
