Székely Anna Krisztina
Székely Anna Krisztina, Deputy Secretary General of the Hungarian Astronautical Society (MANT), will introduce participants to the CanSat satellite simulation competition, an initiative linked to the European Space Agency (ESA). She will explain how the programme works, what challenges await the teams, and why this competition, combining science, computer science and engineering, has become so popular in such a short time.
During the workshop, students will be challenged to design and build a satellite simulation the size of a soft drink can, capable of completing two different missions. Alongside their knowledge of physics and computer science, they will need engineering thinking, problem-solving skills and creativity to successfully complete the challenge.
