🧬 Evolution is not simply about the idea that “humans descended from monkeys.” In fact, that is not really what it is about at all. Evolution is a groundbreaking discovery that radically and permanently transformed scientific thinking. Even more than that, it gives us a key to understanding our own behaviour and inner psychological processes more deeply.

Ecologist Mátyás-Botond Miholcsa studies nature and animal societies, especially ant colonies. He presents the logic of evolution in an accessible way through exciting examples.

As an educator at Outward Bound Romania, he combines experiential learning with science. In his presentations, he also draws on the world of science fiction and ecological connections to demonstrate the power of cooperation and the importance of environmental awareness.
