Understanding the diversity of human behaviour not only supports personal development but also gives us a key to interpreting the reactions and decisions of others more easily.

🧠 Why do we react so differently to the same situation? What motivates us, and how does our personality influence our relationships?

During this self-awareness-focused workshop led by youth trainer and educator Gáspár Incze, participants will explore different personality types and gain a deeper understanding of their own inner workings and motivations.

Gáspár’s goal is to help young people develop their soft skills and interpersonal abilities while also supporting the growth of critical thinking, self-awareness, and the conscious management of complex social situations.

The knowledge gained during the workshop can also be applied in everyday life. It helps deepen self-awareness and contributes to the long-term improvement of both personal and social relationships.

🎯 The workshop is intended for students in grades 9–12 and teachers.
📌 Participation is free but requires advance registration. Students may be registered by their teachers. The registration form will be published soon.
