

Festival rules
1. Admission and participation
- Admission to the festival grounds is only possible with a valid wristband.
- The wristband is personal and non-transferable.
- The organizers reserve the right to refuse access to persons who violate the rules or behave inappropriately.
2. Festival program:
- 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. → workshops, conferences, cultural and educational activities
- 6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. → concerts and music programs
3. Safety and rules of conduct
- All participants are required to behave in a peaceful and civilized manner within the festival grounds.
- The organizers will provide a first aid station.
- In case of emergency, follow the instructions of the security personnel and the designated evacuation routes.
- It is forbidden to bring the following items into the festival area:
- weapons, explosives, pyrotechnic devices
- drugs or illegal substances,
- glass objects, large objects that may pose a danger.
- Security personnel will check the entrance and are authorized to remove any person who violates the rules.
- All visitors to the festival grounds are required to protect the environment and dispose trash in designated collection points.
- Daytime programs (10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.)
- Activities (workshops, lectures, presentations) require active but civilized participation.
- It is forbidden to disrupt presentations with noise, cell phones, or frequent exits and entrances.
- Evening programs (6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.)
- Participants are asked to avoid dangerous pushing and crowding.
4. Alcohol consumption and smoking
- Alcohol may only be served to persons over the age of 18, upon presentation of a valid ID.
- The consumption and possession of drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
5. Wristbands and tickets
- Wristbands must be worn at all times during the festival, and visitors are responsible for keeping them intact.
- Damaged, removed, or invalid wristbands are not permitted at the event.
6. Commerce and advertising
- Sales and advertising activities on the festival grounds are only permitted with the consent of the organizers.
- Unauthorized sales, distribution of flyers, and advertising is prohibited
7. Photographs and videos
- The organizers may take photographs and make video recordings during the event. Participation implies consent to their use for promotional purposes.
- Films and recordings made by participants may not be used for commercial purposes without the consent of the organizers.
8. Liability
- Participants take part in the festival at their own risk.
- The organizers assume no responsibility for lost items, personal injury, or visitor behavior.
- In case of accident or illness, first aid or security personnel must be notified immediately.
9. Final provisions
- The organizers reserve the right to change the program and admission rules, notifying the public in advance.
- The rules are binding for all visitors.
- Violation of the rules may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
- By purchasing a ticket, visitors agree to abide by the rules.
- Participants are asked to behave in a civilized manner and follow the instructions of the organizers and security personnel.
